    The people at Cheeselinks are a professional, hard-working team that do a great job of training and supplying the public and the small dairy industry. You can be sure that they put care and attention into the workshops they deliver and the customer service they offer. We've been working with Cheeselinks to help promote their services and find them proactive and enthusiastic about their industry.

    I did the camembert workshop run by Cheeselinks a while back at a dairy on the Mornington Peninsula, it was a great day and I have made cheese many times since. The class was fun and practical and I got to leave with the cheeses I had made, and I bought some equipment on the day which I have used to make cheeses from home. Delicious :)
