- W NN Added August 31, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My private email address was sent two emails requesting payment for a charity I have never heard of, and I had never heard of Chateau Antoinette either. I politely emailed asking how they have my email address, and received no response. If they erroneously mixed up another person's email with mine i would have assumed they would apologise an explain. A non-response means they happily spam random people, and solicit requests for direct debit charity payments to charities that may or may not even be real. In any event, if their customer service is poor and dismissive via email then I cannot foresee it improving in person.
